Dear PBwiki user,

 

Hey! Having fun with your wiki yet!? We sure hope so! =)

 

Anyway, we're writing to tell you about a feature that we think you might find very helpful! It's called the "SideBar" and it comes with every wiki we create! Think of it as the Jelly to go with your Peanut Butter wiki! In other words, it's the perfect complement to any wiki you've got!

 

Check out some of the great things you can do with the SideBar:

 

• Provide an easy-to-navigate Table of Contents for your users, like these elementary students
• Keep important information on every page, such as a class roster
• It even allows for HTML encoding! Here's a creative use...
• Use it as a place to link to your friends, like BiblioPhileGroup

 

Want to send an email to users who have not created a sidebar, encouraging them to create one.

 

• Show examples? Graphics or live pages?
• Tell them why
• Show them why it's valuable (TOC <> commands, easy navigation, etc)
